Today was our first full day in Oxford. I woke up and walked over to the dining hall with my roomates to have breakfast and then went to regular morning classes. It's nice to finally be in an actual classroom with desks and a white-board. It makes working (and especiall writing) so much easier.
After class the entire group went on a short walking tour of Summertown, the name of the town we are staying in. The actual town of Oxford is a 10 minute bus ride and 30 minute walk. We then took the bus into the town of Oxford and our groups split and went on three seperate guided tours. I can't exactly remember the names of the places we saw, but they were very nice. We got the chance to see some parts of Oxford university and some of the filming sites of the Harry Potter movies.
Overall, the town is really nice and I'm sure there will be lots to do here over the next few weeks.
